Our process is simple. We will meet with you to discuss any defined training needs that already exist. Additionally and where appropriate, we will complete a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) which is a definitive measure of the difference between current performance/output and desired performance/output.
All Partnered Solutions Training Consultants are hugely experienced. We will work with you to look first at your business objectives and then develop specific training aims and objectives to match them, cost-effectively.
These processes are completed in liaison with your business or organisation. In other words, we don’t impose assumed training solutions, we ensure understanding and agreement of your precise needs.
Key to the impact of any training is the process that occurs before and after the training delivery aspect. We will therefore work with you to identify your organisations ability to deliver the pre & post aspects of training, and we will provide a solution as required.
