Mike's speciality areas are Sales & Management Development, Human Resources, P&L Management, Coaching and Training Design and Delivery. Mike has a passion for helping individuals and companies achieve their key objectives. A member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, Mike has significant experience with small, medium and larger businesses. He uses his experience exceptionally well in helping individuals and companies achieve their key business & profit objectives.

David is an experienced Senior Manager with over 20 years experience in Information Technology Services. During this time, he has managed large teams in many blue chip companies in retail, manufacturing and finance. Alongside this, David has significant experience in Operations Management and the effective management of third parties, services and people. A member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, David is well versed in managing people and has significant experience in designing, implementing and managing key Human Resource systems such as appraisal schemes, people development, coaching and mentoring as well as general company HR policies.
