Predominantly working with major outsourcers, David is considered a Subject Matter Expert in all matters Service Management and has been instrumental in the review, design and implementation of a number of major Service Management programmes. This involvement has given him a unique insight into the workings of outsourcers and how proposals and deals are structured to deliver best value to the supplier, not the customer.

Alongside this, David holds an MBA from the Open University, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management.

Supplementing his technical skills, David has excellent people management and training and development skills and is able to present to a wide range of audiences making the difficult seem easy and the boring appear interesting. David is also a subject matter expert on HR services, having created and managed many HR implementations on staff performance, appraisals, policies, coaching, mentoring and personal development plans.
